Booking policy

A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be credited towards your service on the day.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled through the online booking system up to 48 hours before your appointment.

If you need to make changes within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact Bobbypins via text message on 0451 017 114. Cancellation or rescheduling requests sent via email, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or other social media platforms will not be accepted, as these channels are not monitored for appointment changes.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 48 hours' notice: No charge.
• 24–48 hours' notice: Your booking deposit will be forfeited.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

When booking online, you authorise Bobbypins to securely store your card details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, charge the cancellation fee to the nominated card.
